- Pulse the cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or blender. No equipment? Pop them in a zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin.1 cup vanilla sandwich cookies
- In a mixing bowl or stand mixer, combine cookie crumbs, softened cream cheese, and melted Nutella. Mix until smooth and easy to roll.5 Tbsp cream cheese, ¼ cup + 1 teaspoon Nutella
- Scoop out small portions (about walnut-sized) and roll into balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes or freeze for 10–15 minutes to firm up.
- Melt milk chocolate (double boiler or microwave in 20-second bursts). Dip truffles, letting excess drip off. Place back on the tray.1½ cups milk chocolate
