- In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine all the sauce ingredients. Let it simmer gently for a while to thicken, stirring often. Do not boil.1½ cups chicken or beef broth, 1 cup sour cream, 4 ounces cream cheese, ½ cup cream, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp fresh garlic, ½ tsp chili powder, ½ tsp garlic powder, salt & pepper
- Fill each portion tin about ¼ of the way with sauce.
- Add 4 frozen pierogi to each tin.24 frozen pierogi
- Sprinkle the tops with the grated cheese, spring onion, and bacon bits.½ cup shredded cheese, 1 spring onion, ⅓ cup bacon bits
- Cover with a lid and wrap tightly in foil before freezing.
