- Melt the white chocolate slowly in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler.1⅔ cup white chocolate
- Stir in the condensed milk, vanilla, and espresso until smooth, thick, and silky.⅔ cup sweetened condensed milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp instant espresso
- Brush your molds or small pan with edible gold dust if using.edible gold dust
- Pour in the fudge mixture.
- Chill for 2–3 hours, then unmold or slice.
