- Crush the cookies – Use a food processor or rolling pin to create fine crumbs. Transfer to a mixing bowl.1¼ cups vanilla sandwich cookies

- Roll it out – On parchment, roll the mixture to about ¼ inch thick. If too cold, knead gently until pliable.
- Cut into squares – Slice into 1-inch squares (uniform or rustic — your choice!) and place on a parchment-lined sheet.
- Brush with milk chocolate – Melt 250 g milk chocolate and lightly brush the tops of each truffle square.milk chocolate
- Dust with gold – While chocolate is still soft, sprinkle with edible gold dust for a festive finish.edible gold dust
- Set – Let harden at room temp (20–30 min) or chill in the fridge (10–15 min).
